The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) building has been provided to the Consulate General of India by the Municipality of Saint-Denis to carry out cultural activities for the Reunionese public and to propagate Indian culture in Réunion. It was inaugurated by India's then Culture Minister Dr. Mahesh Sharma on 6th October 2015.

In addition, the ICC Premises is available for Reunionese public for holding Indian cultural events, meetings, seminars and symposium etc at very minimal cost 50 euros for three hours.
Conditions for the workshops are given below:
1. The group should comprise a minimum of 5 people.
2. Fee for each session: Euro 5/- per head per session, for workshops at ICC OR Euro 10/- per head per session for workshops at any other location. Transportation for the Bharatnatyam teacher to visit other locations should be arranged/paid for by the organizer.
