The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) invites applications from Indian and overseas nationals holding a Master’s degree in Agriculture or Allied Sciences for the Netaji Subhas–ICAR International Fellowships (NS-ICAR-IFs). These fellowships support candidates pursuing a doctoral degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences, in identified priority areas, as follows:
Indian candidates: For study abroad in identified overseas universities/institutions.
Overseas candidates: For study in Indian Agricultural Universities (AUs) within the ICAR-AUs system, which have strong research and teaching capabilities.
