Hindi Speaking Competition on Hindi Day, 14 September 2015

The Consulate General of India, Saint Denis will be celebrating Hindi Day (Hindi DiwasSamaroh) on Monday, 14th September 2015.  On this occasion a Hindi Speaking Competition will be organised by the Consulate from 17h00 for three levels of Hindi knowing people living in Reunion Island.  Winners of first, second and third positions of each level will be awarded prizes and participation certificates.  Others will be given participation certificate only. The three levels of candidates are:

1. Beginner level
2. Limited knowledge level
3. Intermediate level

Native Hindi speakers and people born and brought up in the Hindi speaking states in India are not eligible to participate. The candidatemust be below 30 years of age as on 1st September 2015 and continuously resident in Reunion Island for the last 2 years.
