Online classes by Indian Council for Cultural Relations for Kathak, Bharatnatyam and Odissi dance forms

Consulate General of India, Reunion Island is delighted to announce that the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in cooperation with Routes2Routes and Centre for Cultural Resources and Training is conducting online beginner-level classes for Kathak, Bharatnatyam and Odissi dance forms. The duration of the classes for each discipline will be one year and certificates will be given to successful candidates. The classes will be held by renowned artists as per the schedule below:

Duration of each Dance Training: One year – four trimesters of three months each

Beginning Date: 15 January 2024

Fees:  A nominal fees equivalent to US$20 (one year) to be charged in advance

Last date for applying: 28 December 2023

Minimum age of the applicants: 17 years

Medium of instructions: English

Candidates can register for one or more disciplines. There will be no midterm admission of candidates.

Other details of the online course viz., SOPs for registration of students for online classes, CVs of teachers are attached. Interested candidates may register themselves by scanning the QR code below and depositing the requisite fees.

Registered candidates may share their details (full name, father’s/mother’s name, country, city, email ID, mobile number and registered discipline) with the Consulate General of India, Reunion Island.
